I know i have to make the tachyon shield....but i dont know how....just figure i require a basin or something...?
The only rooms i cannot get into now are the HEEC and the room near CQ5 which is welded shut with humming going on behind.....dont know how....
I dont quite know what i need the leather vest for....which baffles me....
