It has an amazing 64KB of RAM and uses a tape drive for storage - and we still have some tapes for it, too. :D I used to love playing Gauntlet on it. Man, that was cool. > > On a slightly different note, I still like composing tunes for the Commodore 64 using an emulator, even though I've never owned one. It's just so cool to see what you can do in three channels with a limited range of commands and stuff. :D
I have had an Amiga continuously for the last about 15 years. Not the same Amiga though - I started out with a plain 500, then upgraded to a 1200, and then upgraded again to a 4000. The 4000 is now sitting about a metre and a half from my Linux PC, and I use it almost daily, mainly for playing games. I just can't stop buying new (well, old, but they're new to me) Amiga games and trying them out. I don't want to use an emulator, as the games feel so much better on a real, physical Amiga.
