You'll again need to do the trick of jumping from the mine cart and running over to where you can jump back on again, but this time in the sandstone area. You already opened the last barrier, so now the cart can make its way down without you. You also found the exit on the black sandstone level, where the tracks emerge, so you just need to figure out which path to take to get there as fast as possible after jumping.
