I can't find my maps of MR, but if I remember right, you can get everywhere on level 10 just using the teleporters. Actually I don't know more than most people who have completed the game a few times. Commiebat must surely know more than me.
Oh, and I'm not Sam in disguise, but I can see why you'd think so. He wrote me, so we probably seem similar in many ways.
