Solved other games few looks at hints need help with POA Boosters

I understand the pattern and the 4 and 2 opposites. I saw the orbital direction so I have only been working with that and it's opposite. I have tried starting at 3 and 13 and reversed my directions on the 4 and the 2. Nothing! Please help!!!!!

Am I wasting my time? Does it effect the outcome of the game or is it diversional?
