The trailer to this makes it look like Tom Hanks' Big. Why they showed a trailer for a romantic comedy that's geared towards the female teenager market before Hellboy, I don't know.

Somehow, I think the Bud & Lou movie will be better. From what I've seen of Van Helsing, it looks like it'll be one of those "why do we need a script when we have computer generated monsters?" movies.

There's a sizable cult following from Pitch Black. I know, it sounds strange to even type. It's like I just said "Speed 2: Cruise Control fans" or "the highest selling DVD this week was Event Horizon", but there you go.

Jackie Chan? Michael Palin, move over.
> June 25 - Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow
I don't care how bad this movie turns out to be. An art deco movie? I will love the film, even if I have to watch with the sound muted.
The trailer used the music from Stargate SG-1. I guess this means Hollywood has finally stopped using the music from Aliens in all their trailers.
> July 7 - King Arthur
The tagline in the trailer was "the true story behind the legend". One of the main characters is Lancelot.
If you don't understand how funny that is, go read a book.
> July 23 - Catwoman > > So, what's up with that costume?
Costume? Halle Berry was wearing a costume?
> August 13 - Alien vs. Predator > > The director of this thing is such an airheaded little fanboy.
Harry Knowles?
Seriously, I suspect that this is the movie the aint-it-cool-news crowd will be fawning over until it's released.
