Maybe you can go to Madeira and give some perspective to the misguided people there who wear buttoned-up winter coats in the 18 C (64 F) "winter".

4 inches of snow in April? You people don't know how good you have it. Just two years ago we had a snowstorm on April 28. A real Canadian snowstorm, not just a few inches. We're metric here - we measure our snowfall in meters ;) And we don't close schools for it either.
