FQ2: coins, lions, soothsayers

I have:
1 Tree Branch
Crown of Destiny
Bottle Opener
Iron Support
Wooden Plank

Sack
Float Ring
Cross
Red Potion
Sunstone

Small Silver Coin
Sap Tap
Coconut
Green Potion

Silver Key
Bucket of Sea Water
Pliers
Sword

I found the gold coin in the tower. I gave it to the soothsayer, who reiterated her "sixteen" hint. I cannot get to the garden north of the lion. I cannot do anything with my wooden plank. I cannot do anything with my green potion. I cannot do anything!
Help!
