In relation to the AGL discussion, I just pounded out this comparison. Assuming a similar AGL score for each combatant, when emphasizing STR over CON and fighting a creature that emphased CON over STR equally, we see that the combatants deal 1 HP every two attacks.

Evenly-matched combatants that emphasized STR over CON do devestating damage every attack.
