Hmmm, I think that since you actually have deleted history (by pressing the button), the problem isn't in that. I did only that before too, and it shows up in other windows, so what I do is Delete Files/Cookies, so that it doesn't show up. You can also set the "Days to Keep Pages in History" thing to "0" days, so that when your computer clock hits 12 am, the history is automatically cleared. If that doesn't work, sorry. I'm not the expert on these things...
