I just returned from a week of skiing in Northwest Montana. Up there, they make a huge amount of food items with huckleberries. Jelly, chocolate, salad dressing and even beer are infused with the incredible taste of huckleberries. I am quite addicted to the stuff and will probably have to order more supplies off the internet.
