To get your hovercar key, you'll need to participate in a game of soccer. You'll need to participate in a protest, then go to the health center and play nurse to get the clothes you need. I'm assuming that Verna and Silus are in the library, if not, leave them in there with the dragon costume before protesting or going to the health center. Don't worry about the nerds for now.
