I can't beat him! I saw an earlier hint saying to explore the pitch-black cavern first. I did that, and I found six rooms in there, all pitch black and with no option to explore or find anything (let alone anything with which to fight a giraffe). I tried to use my sunstone to light the place up, but it got destroyed. My inventory has not changed from my last fq2: rusty key post except that I no longer have the sunstone.
