Changes like that seem to come slowly. Maybe it will work out.

I remember in the fall of 1980 when I went to a car show, they had a 1980 Subaru station wagon on display. Since our current car was a 1978 Subaru sedan, I looked the little wagon over carefully. It was a new design, and state-of-the-art with every available option. I went into dream mode, but realized that since we always kept a car until it was worn out, I would probably never have one of those. Then fate took charge. My daughter wrecked the '78 and when I went to get a new one, the only thing they had was a 1980 station wagon. I had limited my choices by demanding a 5-speed. It was a great car and we drove it for 17 years.
