I know when i will ask her and how.

When? either February 14th 2000 or April 24th 2000
Probably in April (her birthday)

When will marriage occur? somewhere in the summer of 2001

Does she know i have such plans? Well, i'm always teasing her that it will take at least another 5 years before we can marry, cos we will be "engaged" then for 8 years, and her sister (who got married in August) manage to prolong the engament for 7 years (i always spread around that i want to break that record, lol) But we have a *silent agreement* that it wont take that long, and 2 years is kinda in both our heads.

How? letting her being picked up by a limo (when she should be ready to go to a restaurant for her birthday) and letting her beig brought to me, i'll be waiting at the beach on a seat by a table, and then with the sun going down in the ocean... i'll ask her, afterwards we go to the restaurant with the same limo.
