I read an interesting article about just that. The spam companies try to get away in court by claiming that the only send messages to customers who have voluntarily requested them. If so, then why do they have to type "F.r33 V|agr.a pr35cr!p+!on5 h3r3!!! znvbkhklzxnbkljlk" in order to get the customer to see the message that he/she is so eagerly awaiting to fall into his/her hands?
