You need to go the Indian and offer him the fish. He'll be offended that you have insulted his tribal customs and he'll steal your dagger and mug you. Once he takes your wallet and shoes, you will be be able to pass as a vagabond. Go to the hobo camp by the river and ask if anyone knows how to get into the castle (do this about ten or eleven times). Eventually a hobo will hook you up with Jojo, King of the Hobos, and you'll have to fight him in hand-to-hand combat (you can beat him by stealing the empty bottle of malt liquor hidden behind the shrubs and hitting him over the head with it).

Steal Jojo's castle key and dagger, then use the dagger to scalp him and steal his hair. Use the hair as a wig (you'll need to trade the guy at the shop the dagger in order for him to give you the glue to use the hair as a wig) and then go to the castle. Use your key and walk on in (if you try this without Jojo's scalp the guards will know you're not the real Jojo and they'll kill you).
