I just got a little Ford Ranger to drive to school, and I'm thinking about calling it Strider (you know, like Aragorn in LOTR--the ranger, ha ha), but I will probably end up calling it "the Ranger" due to the fact I have never been able to give inanimate objects names that stick. > > La"On the same note, when we were up in Washington in Olympia National Park, the forest service rangers all drove these mint green Ford Rangers. It was quite an odd color, so I pointed out a parked one to Mom and said, 'Look at that little green park service Ranger.' She thought I meant the human kind"Zorra
I went to the Olympic peninsula a couple of years ago. I saw one of those green Rangers in a parking lot. There were no other vehicles there, so I guess it was the lone Ranger. As it turned out, it belonged to a finance company employee. He was the lone arranger. The forest service trucks were all red when I was there. They were green when they got them, but they got ripe. I saw a little, short, green, park ranger. He was from Mars. Howard
