Giggles probably wasn't the right title, i'm not talking about people who laugh or giggle a lot, i'm talking about people (i've only ever met about 2) that think that every single thing everyone says is funny, even if it didn't even come close to being funny, and they are laughing 95% of the time over really stupid things. that can get REALLY annoying. The reason I brought that up is because there are some funny things on this forum and I was just thinking that someone like that wouldn't be able to read it without passing out because the didn't have enough time to breath between laughing.
