If memory serves, both movies were realized with outtakes, but more were added (or the original ones were replaced) part way into the theatrical run.
Anyway, to answer the question, no freaking way. Especially with DVDs of new releases tending to have every conceivable extra on them. Wait a few months and rent the DVD is a much better option.
Of course, I don't tend to see many movies over again, even the ones I love. Unless it's a complex work that one gets more out of with successive viewings, I rarely figure spending two hours watching a movie I *have* seen is better than spending two hours watching a movie I haven't seen. For those more likely to go back to the theater several times for the movies they really love, maybe an added ending or some outtakes are enough to tip the scales. I dunno.
