As this thread as shown, this is VERY difficult. It's one of the reasons way practically no James Bond spoofs have ever worked (Austin Powers is a possible exception, but that's arguable) -- because Bond is a parody underneath the surface. It's just less obvious about it.
scArA's attempt was a good one, I think, and while not a finished product, looks remarkably like the first and second drafts Dave and I write of the "official" BAMs that you guys never see. Generally those drafts only go through very minor word tweaking, but it makes a huge difference on the impact as a whole.
Anyway, back to parodying parodies, it's very difficult, and about the only reasonably reliable way to do it is to parody the *way* it parodies rather than the parody itself. And that usually requires the author to assume reader knowledge of the mechanics of the parody, which may or may not be the case.
