Minor nitpicks here. Joining in the fun wasn't my motivation at all -- I got frustrated at those stupid uncookable fall-apart burgers. Thus, it was not a matter of "convincing" me they wouldn't cook without the aluminum so much as that they *would* cook *with* it. Not that this distinction is terribly important.
