I got the same message in my E-mail inbox, with "message.zip" attached and with "admin@gmx.de" in the "From" field. There are several ways you can tell it's fake:
1) It has an attachment. There is no reason they would send the reasons why in an attachment. 2) Active E-mail accounts don't just expire like that. Some mail services expire accounts for inactivity, but just logging in once a month or so prevents that. 3) In my case, the fact that it was in English proved it was false, as my E-mail provider is German (long story short, I was trying to avoid a school E-mail block) and never ever has anything in English despite my valiant attempts to change that.
In short, delete it and do not open that attachment!
