FQ1:Given fish entered castle,now what?

I have given the fish to the gnome and managed to enter the castle but cannot get past the guardian inside I heard something about getting an item for him from a tower but I have not been able to enter any other buildings.
I have learned the passwords *Tootle Cakes*,*Jello Bath*,*Peanut Butter* and *Sanguine*.
My inventory is:
