Are You? Part IV

So, a few weeks ago on a Friday I got in my little car and I went to work. After work I did not go home. Instead, after picking up someone known as Mensekemeser, I drove for enough hours to get me to Erlanger Kentucky at 3:22 am
The guy at the border didn't like our answer to the question "how did you meet these people you're going to see?" and proceded to interrogate us about Anti-American Slogans here on Rinkworks and some other similar things.
We arrived without dying and I slept for somewhere between 4 and 5 hours. That is, not long enough.
Then it was Saturday. All the stuff happened that other people said. I made a tree. It worked excellently because most people remembered to bring me cool wire. And the more different cool things you put together the cooler it gets. Right?
I didn't want to keep the tree because the last thing I need is another tree. So we drew a name. Mensekemeser won but quietly forfeited in favour of famous. Everyone pester her for a picture of the finished product.
Sunday was Sunday and has also been adequately described. Except for one bit.
My car hates me. The feeling is mutual.
My car has decided that it doesn't like to work on hot days. Sunday was a hot day. When a car has decided not to work it's pretty hard to argue with it. The car was in the shop for this very problem before this trip. It is apparently not fixed. The car did not announce its intention to not work until mostly everyone had abandoned us. (us = Me and Mensekemeser and Monkeyman and ahmoacah) (mostly everyone = everyone else except the Grishnys)
Sam and Leen are extra ruling for coming back to comfort me when the car was being mean. Monkeyman is extra ruling for calling and then uncalling a tow truck. The random gaggle of biker types who were hanging around rule for all insisting on looking under the hood, solemnly shaking their heads, and declaring that really they didn't know anything about it.
When I finally managed to return to the hotel everyone was in my room. Then those who were running away ran away and those who were not ate and sat up yakking half the night.
I took Monday off from work to drive 10 hours in a car that decided to co-operate since it was raining.
The lady at the border said, "Citizenship? Anything to declare? Have a nice day!"
