Interesting question. I would say yes; they must expect a significant number of people to do just that, and you now know enough about the service to (possibly) consider using it yourself in future and (past tense) make other people aware of it on well-read public forums.

Now, if you found a way to keep signing up for the free trial over and over again pretending to be someone else each time, THAT would be unethical.
