Sam,
I think you may have to be from New England to appreciate the truth of your words. It is also extreemly humerous to have people in Ohio in your car as you drive them on the streets of MA. I did so and the results were sounds of panic and fear.
People in Ohio get real nervous when you pull so far into an intersection that you almost (not quite) hit someone. They do not seem to understand that this is standard behavior for turning left at any busy intersection.

Also, the first time my Mom visited us in Ohio she couldn't believe the four way stops. I told her each person waits there turn and then they go. You can accually drive through without fear of the other car slaming into you.

As far as White Castle goes. I have never eaten there cause the place nearest us looked like a dump, and John's description of the burgers sounded nasty.

I love how polite Ohioians are. I can talk to strangers in the grocery store and they don't give me that blank stare of death!
