Ask a friend to come stay with you. Or see if you can stay at a friend's house instead. No reason you should have to be by yourself when you're feeling this way. And can you talk to your doctor?

In the meantime (short fix), distract yourself. Go out somewhere and be with people. Go get your hair layered. Practice smiling :-) Whatever it takes to get your mind going down other avenues. I am praying for you right now.
