Questions about Events:

Should there be discrete Events interspersed between Challenges, or should there be only Challenges in a scenario, possibly with Event-like effects taking place as Sinbad completes portions of each challenge?

Should the role of Budge cards be expanded to handle what Events currently do? Right now, the two elements (Budge cards and Events) seem to overlap somewhat in function.
