"Forever" as in until mid-August or so.

There is so much going on that I probably won't get the chance to check in in the next month or two. First, we're getting new carpet. Because of this, we are also painting the ceilings. Moving everything from a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house into the dining room--one of the few uncarpeted places in the house--is not easy. Thank goodness we don't have stairs!

Second, I will be going on a six-day, five-night backpacking trip over Mount Whitney next week. After that, I may be back here for a short while, as my legs will probably be too sore for me to move out of my chair. But it will be extremely cool nonetheless.

Third, I will be helping out with my church's VBS, starting the DAY AFTER I get back from Whitney. With the Pre-K group. >_< Were I not trying to earn my BSA Religious Emblem, I would not stand for such irrational behaviour.

Fourth, my mom and I are driving to Oregon the first week of August. She's taking me to a week-long music camp as my 18th-birthday present. A Western music camp, no less. With yodeling classes. After that, Dad and my brother are driving up, and we're all going to drive around Oregon and Washington, and I'm going to get to meet my best internet buddy and fellow nut, Quartz.

And THEN I start college on August 25th.
