Nah, he has a purpose behind it all. It's called the "Wheel of Time," right? He's bringing villains back to life because he *has* to. Everybody who died is going to come back to life, and everybody who was born is going to disappear. That way the sequel to Book #26 can be Book #1. Jordan readers will essentially *never* be able to stop reading the series, although at least after the first time through they won't have to wait for the next one to come out anymore.
