I'm about a bachelor's degree shy of "thirty-something," but i got really frustrated a couple years back when i realized that the scar on my knee, the one i've had since i was 6, from my first and best bike wreck ever is fading with age. Man, that thing's a monument to the 360 i did in gravel on my knee when i leaned in too far, that first summer after i learned how to ride, and the pedal dragged dirt. Ouch, i cried like a baby, but it's the coolest scar ever. Or it was.
