While I'm at it, I'd also like to deplore the tactic employed by an anonymous person last Saturday, who waited until a scant fifteen seconds remained in the eBay auction I was about to win, and then jumped in with a slightly higher bid, leaving me no time to outbid him. Sirrah, whoever you may be, I hereby deplore your sneaky auction action! Achtung!!

Although it's no longer a timely criticism, I may as well deplore, in addition, our new printed currency with the Monopoly-money-style numbers and unnaturally-large "heads" of state. I deplore you, our accursed current currency!
