Omnipotence and omniscience are power without limit and knowledge without limit. If God is supreme Creator, He IS the standard, so breaking the rule isn't possible--that would be suicide.

As for whether scripture offers an example of His doing this, no. Scripture does offer plenty about foolishness and wisdom. Check out Proverbs and Ecclesiastes for commentary on human foolishness wisdom. For divine foolishness (i.e., irony), check out the first chapter of I Corinthians.
