First what in the Samuel A. Hill is a Steel Cage Grudge Match? It sounds like something thought up by a wrestling promoter circa 1953. Can't you just see Gorgeous George and Roger Mackie, locked in a steel cage to fight to the death or the next commercial, whichever comes first?
