That's a good collection of evidence you've built up there. I've seen plenty of similar sites that were serious, and this one goes a lot farther than most of the others -- the whole idea (mentioned elsewhere) that one should make up stories is a new one to me.

I had dismissed the similarities of the tract to Jack Chick's as being a result of the fact that he used Chick for inspiration (he mentions that fact in the article) but based on the sorts of differences that exist, I'm pretty sure you're right.
