Well, that's what I call patenting useless technology. Best
of luck to him. If he can patent pop-ups, pop-unders, exit
popups out of existence, he will get my vote as a public
benifactor. If he is forced to drop his other line of buisness
I will be equally thankfull.

There is a reason why these patents are hard to enforce.
Most of them are diffulcultly worded descriptions of the
blatently obvious, and, after reading them, leave you
thinking `and just what are you trying to patent?'. I call it
`Patenting walking on the toes fo the feet'. One-click
ordering is a clasic case.
