I dunno. I'm a guy and I get chased a fair amount as well. Generally my chase scenes are "action movie" scenes, which means that I'm being chased around by a group of guys heavily armed and with nefarious purposes. I respond in action movie hero terms, which means I run around rocks and cliffs and junk and try to get a gun. Most of the time I succeed in somehow winning eventually, though I generally wake up. I tend to enjoy these dreams :)
