Waste? Waste!? Sheesh, I'd be a fine Supreme Dictator (I've done a pretty darn good job for the RinkForum, if I do say so myself). And besides, if you don't decide on a Supreme Dictator right away, you've got to contend with a bunch of wannabes trying to take power. With a strong executive branch already in place, I can ward off and suppress any would-be challengers to your position, leaving the two of you to important matters such as actually running the thing.
