You guys would never survive in the DoD (Department of Defense). There, in order to get your funds accepted you must submit a MIPR with the proper DAA signature attached, make sure you have the correct JON indicated along with your PC and ACs on the same LOA. Indicate the CLIN and SPIIN on the bottom, and make sure your NAC is current. Once your RA approves the MIPR and the DAA signs off on it, it can be submitted to MSG/FM for processing in STARS, JLIMS, and in DWAS using ICE (which is short for the IFMIS Client Environment).

Cuz' if you don't, we'll have to declare the MIPR DoA and return it to your RA for resubmission.
