I think if a punk band was transported back into the 1800s with all the ability to play their sets just like now (i.e. huge sound systems and stuff) they would probably be looked upon as completly mad and possibly locked up.

Not a crack on punk music, but I think that's what would happen. And if they went back even further the might be put to death or something.
