It means "swim crazy" in Dutch. Longish story... my sister was engaged to a guy who was from the Netherlands. I was trying to think of a good AOL screen name which incorporated swimming but wasn't cheesy sounding. So he thought of that for me. I don't swim anymore, but I still like the name. Sometimes I use zwemgeek; it seems more apt.
