Yep, they all pop off, which is useful for cleaning the thing. But you can put them back on however you like. Of course you can't put a letter where shift should be and such, but you can re-organize the letters. You can even get software to remap the keyboard so it'll type whatever letters you put there - because for me, just reorganizing the keys would have no effect as I type by memory. But it's always fun to remap someone's keyboard and leave the letters in standard qwerty setup, haha :)
