Wait. This is the same al-Qaeda that has continually described Hussain as the second Great Satan? That becomes apoplexic at the very thought of an Arabic leader being Sunni and (worse!) secular? That offered to assassinate Hussain in '91, but was convinced to lave it to the Americans?

I really don't see how the American Government expects to convince everyone that Iraq is arming a terrorist who wants to see Iraq ruled under Sharia law.
