I'm confused why you say this, then go on to basically say "But why are you bothering to think when God can do anything?"

The whole point of this thread was not to debate theology. It was Stephen asking both religious and non-religious people what they thought of the idea of free will and how they thought it might work. If you think that's a pointless question to ask, that's fine. But others, both religios and non-religious, thought otherwise.
