Once you've done as knivetsil recommended and knocked over all the boxes and whatnot you can (making a map as you go! This is vital, unless you're a super genius with awesome mental-mapping skills!), chase the mouse around. You'll notice that it goes essentially in a circle; to kill it, you'll have to break it out of that circle. The only way of doing this is to double back on it and "herd" it rather than chase it.

Hint: according to the map I made when I did this task, there are fourteen accessible locations within the store room. Make sure you've got access to all of them before you start chasing that blasted mouse.
