I actually first heard the undigested centrum story from my father a few years ago, then I heard it subtly referred to on the radio during what was clearly some liquid vitamin product's plug. It seems possibly legitimate. I just can't tell.
I can't tell either. The article contains some interesting statements, but any article which starts with the teaser "This doctor's income doubled the first year of selling liquid nutritional products through his office. These are his secrets for success" seems more than a little suspect to me, if you're looking for evidence of the product's health effects instead of which product is a bigger seller with your patients.
