Unwise comment of the New Year award goes to a Southampton lass who tagged along to our party, and unwisely started proclaiming that we should give up all this "Scots drivel" for a "proper English" song to celebrate the New Year.

It's always funny singing "Auld Lang Syne", though - just to see how many people peter out in the middle two verses and then come back strongly in the last one...

...and then once that's done with we can get straight into the Frank Sinatra impersonations.
