I had a very odd phone call today. I am selling an old lounge suite, and advertised it in a cheap-crap-for-sale free ads newspaper. It was described as "Three piece lounge suite, $100 or near offer" (that's less than US$50, for comparative purposes).

So anyway. I get a phone call about it. The first question the guy asks: "Is it leather?" Uh, no. His second question: "Is it new?"

I can't help wondering what people *expect* to get for that price.

Brunnen-"yes! It's 100% Italian leather and it's only two months old! If you buy it now, I'll throw in a new DVD player!"G
