Just FYI: It REALLY helps if you post your inventory so we know what you still need. (Walkthroughs can't be posted here because they'll be promptly deleted as spoilers.) And getting into the chapel is no big feat, since you can walk in... but if you mean something else, you should have used all three keys by now.

First off: If you're talking about the room I think you're talking about, the housekeeper has the key to that room... if you give her something that'll make her job easier, she'll be more inclined to be nice to you. (Note: you don't have to get into that room to beat the game.)

Second off, no. The guitar player's just there to help you get out of the maze.
